PROJECT BRIEF
This email for Can-Am's Off-Road division notifies folks who built out a customized vehicle online, but did not order. This email presented a couple of unique problems. The first was the add-on item list could get overwhelmingly long. The second was they needed a way to track how effective the email was since you could only place a customized vehicle order in the store.

OBJECTIVE

While this email may look deceivingly simple, it included a lot of dynamic content. The vehicle at the top of the email would change depending on which vehicle was being built. Then the part's list I hid in an accordion which was hidden when you first opened the email. The build code was our solution to tracking conversions and would be randomized and dynamically changed for each deployment. This would allow us to measure how effective our emails were. Finally, there was the dealership closest to your location at the very bottom telling you where to go when you're ready to order!
